1. What Is a Scoop?

We use colourful beads as a fun randomiser, each bead type matches an item on our key. Every scoop reveals 7–12 surprise products, from stationery to accessories, all picked based on your unique draw.

2. What Can I Get?

You could receive anything from pastel pens and mini notebooks to cute fidget toys, keychains, or hair ties. All handpicked, aesthetic, and themed around soft colours and adorable designs.

3. Packaging

Every order is packed with love (and confetti). Choose to have your scoop filmed on TikTok, and we’ll box it up in our signature packaging with tissue, ribbon, and an optional handwritten note, ready for gifting or keeping!

Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa via Aramex Store-to-Door in just 2–4 business days.

How much is delivery?

We offer a flat R59 shipping rate, or FREE delivery for orders over 4 scoops.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your package is severely delayed, we’ll give you 10% off your next order as a thank-you for your patience.

If there are delays before your order is placed, we will offer you 10% off your current order.

What if my package arrives damaged or gets lost?

No worries! We’ll replace or refund your order according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What happens if I get duplicates?

No worries! If we see that your scoops pull more than three of the same item type, we’ll throw in a freebie to keep things exciting and fair. Every box is meant to feel unique 💕

Will my order be filmed on TikTok?

Only if you want.

When placing an order you can choose if you would like your order to be filmed for an extra fee.
